Private lessons offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns and goals – such as increasing flexibility, building strength, creating better alignment, building confidence for group classes, mastering specific poses, or creating a meditation practice (or all of the above!). Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced practitioner, private sessions are a great opportunity to get individual attention and grow your practice from where you are.
We have 30 ($35) and 60 ($60) minute sessions available to book with many of our instructors when there aren’t group classes – just choose the day, time, area of focus, and available instructor you’d like to work with – it’s that simple!
(Privates must be booked and/or canceled/rescheduled 48 hours in advance of lesson. No refunds will be given for missed sessions.)

Work on actions to help you achieve and refine specific peak postures (arm balances, inversions, extreme flexibility postures).
Refine your Alignment
Work on ideal alignment and how to incorporate props, and modifications to achieve it in your yoga practice.
Learn the basics of starting and or enhancing your existing mediation practice.
Learn basic breath control exercises.
Learn basic poses and phrases to help you gain confidence for group classes.
