Private lessons offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns and goals – such as increasing flexibility, building strength, creating better alignment, building confidence for group classes, mastering specific poses, or creating a meditation practice (or all of the above!).

We have 30 ($35) and 60 ($60) minute sessions available to book with many of our instructors when there aren’t group classes – just choose the day, time, area of focus, and available instructor you’d like to work with – it’s that simple!
