There is no view of yoga that predominates at Mint Yoga Studio. We offer a wide variety of yoga styles and include instructors from a diversity of teaching backgrounds. We believe this allows you to have the opportunity to study with different instructors and experiment with different teaching styles, philosophies, and methods to find what works for you and your practice.
