Relaxation massage: Swedish massage using light to medium pressure at a slow pace to soothe and relax. Less emphasis on working out chronic underlying muscle tension and more emphasis on calming the mind and body.

Deep Tissue massage: Focuses on deep layers of muscle tissue. Using muscle compression and friction to release stress and tightness of the muscle fibers.

Reiki is the energy that flows through all living things. A 30 minute session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels. This is not a massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. Reiki is subtle and effective form of energywork using life force energy.

Ayurvedic warm herbal oil massage for detoxifying Body, Mind and Spirit. It initiates deep healing within cells and provides benefits such as: Increases longevity, nourishes the body, benefits the skin, decreases effects of aging, stimulates internal organs, releases stress and benefits sleep patterns.

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Meet Allison Stevie, yogini, wife, mother of three, and a beacon of strength and grace. Allison found yoga in 2007 and what started as a cross-training from her daily regime quickly evolved into something sacred. Allison’s yoga practice has carried her through natural childbirth and cancer treatments. In the midst of pain and uncertainty, she discovered that yoga could provide stillness and peace. A 2016 graduate of Bija Yoga School, Allison’s yoga classes focus on the moving mediation of linking one’s breath with one’s movement. She believes that we use our breath as a constant reminder to take in the present moment with kindness, self-compassion, and a sense of self-acceptance. Her mission is to help you find peace and balance both on and off of your mat.
Annie Bolling, owner of CLEAR, has had a life-long enthusiasm for exercise and is passionate about fitness, physical and spiritual wellness and psychosomatic balance. Annie began practicing yoga 17 years ago. In 2006 she received her first certification in Pilates and in April 2016 she also completed a 200 hour-Teacher Training to become a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. This Teacher Training allowed Annie to expand her foundational knowledge of alignment, anatomy, and of universal yogic philosophy. Annie helps her students find balance through meditation, yoga, and a mixture of movement practices and techniques. Annie is also the full-time mom of an eight-year-old daughter.

Along the way I discovered a deeper respect for myself and a more complete connection with the world around me. I am trained in alignment-based yoga and carry a message of empowerment and balance to each one of my classes."

Thomas is driven by the joy of helping others find an integrative and holistic way to health and happiness. She completed her 200 RYT in 2014 through Yogafit and has been teaching a variety of classes including children and seniors since 2009. Jenny is passionate about her students and classes. She teaches because it helps people feel good and stand tall. In her journey, she has found the potent, almost medicinal properties of taking a good deep breath! She is excited to have the opportunity to share her love of mind and body exercise with beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Lexi Sheets was introduced to yoga in the late 1990’s. After experiencing the healing benefits of yoga, she deepened her practice by completing a 200 level yoga certification through Cincinnati Yoga School. Shortly after, Lexi began sharing the practice of yoga with others so that they too could experience its calming, centering and relaxing benefits. Lexi earned her Childlight Yoga certification in 2014 and is currently working on her 500 level yoga certification through World Peace Yoga with and emphasis in prenatal yoga. Her experience is that yoga helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves which in turn helps us to be more compassionate, loving and understanding of others.
Nikela “Nikki” Owens, Ph.D, A.Y.S., C.Y.T. is an educator, yoga instructor, teacher trainer and yoga enthusiast. She finds her teaching inspirations from a variety of yoga traditions including ashtanga yoga, hatha anusara yoga and para yoga. Nikki infuses elements from these traditions, along with principles of ayurveda to create eclectic yoga classes including: gentle yoga, yoga for athletes, restorative yoga, funky inversions, challenging core-power yoga and dynamic, fun & fiery vinyasa yoga flows. I started dabbling with yoga as a therapeutic approach to stress and chronic pain in my early twenties and the practice just stuck. Gradually, I delved deeper into the work and yoga literally plucked me off my path from an Acting career to a path of service. I never would have had the courage to become a teacher much less a healer and energy worker today if not for yoga.
I began teaching in Chicago in 2003 after completing my first teacher training with Erich Schiffman in Santa Barbara, CA. After moving back to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area in 2007, I completed a 200 hour teacher training with Yogahome in Cincinnati. My favorite styles of yoga include Hatha, Beginner’s Yoga, Gentle/Restorative, Yin Yoga and Vinvasya flow. I am also a student and practitioner of Ayurveda, the soul sister to yoga. I love using my creativity to design classes that are warm, friendly, safe and fun, and I enjoy weaving yogic philosophy, poetry, stories and energy work into my classes. In addition to teaching, I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Reiki Practitioner; I own Lotus Tree Massage & Wellness, a private massage and yoga therapy practice in Ft. Thomas, KY just down the street!
Over ten years ago I started practicing yoga as a way to deal with the stress of my job and it’s ended up giving me so much more than I could have ever imagined. Yoga has opened my heart, deepened my relationships, and expanded my spirituality. I recently completed my 200 hour alignment based teacher training program at Shine Yoga Center in Cincinnati, OH. With love, laughter, and curiosity I hope to share all that yoga has to offer. Namaste.
Tiffany has been a dedicated and curious practitioner of Yoga since 2013 and is a graduate of two Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training programs –Yoga For All and Alignment Based Yoga. She is certified with the Red Cross in CPR and First Aid and is also a certified Level II Reiki practitioner. Tiffany began practicing Yoga in 2013 after having two children and wanting to get back into shape. Although it was the physical benefits of the practice that drew her in, she soon found that it was the mental and spiritual aspects that kept her coming back and wanting to learn more and grow her practice. After completing her Teacher Training Certification she began teaching in 2014 at different gyms and studios around the Cincinnati area. Her love of Yoga coupled with her desire to make it more accessible for everyone gave her the motivation to open Mint Yoga Studio and she is excited to have you join her in this journey on and off the mat.
